Vines
GALAN WHITE CRAMELE
Made with white Garnacha from our winegrowers located in the Plain of Gandesa. With Xarel·lo from our plot of Can Torredà de Tiana with granitic soils that provide salinity located 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea. And finally Macabeo from the area of Baix Penedés, which provides maturation.
We combine two harvests, an early one that will bring the fruity freshness and another, about two weeks later, that will bring us all the warmth of Grenache. After fermentation, we assemble the two and carry out aging with the fine lees to extract all the creaminess and delicacy. The result is an original, fresh and gastronomic wine.
Tasting
Aromas of fresh fruit: pear and melon. Powerful mouthfeel, with an explosion of fruitiness, sweet and with a citrus finish that makes it persistent.
CRAMELE
GALAN RED
Made with Ull de LLEbre and Cabernet Sauvignon from our vineyards located in the Baix Penedès, plots with sun exposure and clay soil that provides medium productions and concentration. Along with Syrah, a variety planted in Tiana on the slopes of the Serralada de Marina with high slopes that provides low yields give an elegant and fresh wine, very Mediterranean.
In the winery we make two different vinifications. The first macerando cold the grape to obtain the fruitiness of Grenache; and a second, more traditional one with more mature grapes that will add complexity and structure to the ensemble. Afterwards the wine will be aged for 6 months in 300 liter French oak barrels.
Tasting
Intense red color with violet tones. Gentle entry, mouthfeel with soft tannins, predominance of intense red fruits and spicy finish.
CRAMELE GALAN ROSADO
Made with the native variety Trepat y Ull de Llebre from our winegrowers from younger plots located in the Baix Penedès.
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. Let’s cool the grapes for 48 hours and after a soft descrambling we macerate with the skins for a few hours at 5ºC. After uncovering, we ferment at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Once finished, we work with the fine lees to obtain an elegant creaminess.
Tasting
Pink onion skin color, with an aroma marked by notes of acidic red fruit and mineral aromas. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and complex, offsetting the acidity with a good creaminess.
CRAMELE GALAN CAVA BRUT NATURE
Made with the native variety Trepat y Ull de Llebre from our winegrowers from younger plots located in the Baix Penedès.
